| Hello everybody. Happy mothers day right? Well I myself am in a bad mood. I am here to post my buiness interaction I had with ash powers. Like that gtr forged review I'll post some bulletins if you guys dont want to read at the end of the post so I can rant first. Please read and do not ever, I dont care how much, NEver send him money. I hope he goes out of buisness. If he does Im sure there will be other people to take his place. If he stays in buisness and people keep supporting him, he WILL keep robbing and stealing from your fellow peers I just want to say I feel like this is the bernie madov(however you spell it scheme). He takes one persons money to pay someone else. Who knows. Anyways. This story starts last may. A year ago today. I call or email ash, not sure, but to purchase his disco potato set of turbos he sells. Either way he is very eager to get my money, just like everybody else's experience. My nissan build was going slow so I wasn't in a rush to get the turbos. After like a month I'd say, I decided whats going on. So I called him. This is when Nick worked there. I told them that I am Mike from New Jersey and I am wondering where my turbos are. He assures me that they are on there way. A month later I call back; Its Mike from New Jersey. where are my turbos. Oh there was a part that I couldn't get to build the turbos so I had to wait. OK whatever get me my damn turbos. 2 months go by. (4 months total) I call ash. Where the F are my turbos. I was in new hampshire at the time taking a little vacation. I made the call infront of my friend who knows nothing about cars. So I call; Hey ash its Mike. where the F are my turbos?!?! (this is his quote as exact as I can make it) Oh Mike, Im real sorry but to be honest I completely forgot about your order. I'm thinking in my head, you f'in forgot about the $4000 I sent you!!??!?! Since I figured if I acted calm and collectively I would get what I wanted. So I played it cool, Sure Ash. My project is finally coming together so I really need the turbos now. This is where I made a huge mistake. About 2 weeks later (4 1/2 months) I decided to go big or to go home. I told him that I changed my mind on the turbos that I want to use and I decided to go with garrett 3071r turbos and he said he would make me a 3" v band inlet. Sounds great. I thought it would be cool to have one of the first 3" intakes in the country/world ..who knows. But it sounded baller. So of course I wanted it. Sorry to jump around. $4000 was for turbo kit and his scratch and dent i/c pipes and v3 intercoolers. I asked if he could keep the turbos and just order me the bigger turbos. He said that he can't and said he would sell them for me to put money towards my new turbos. Anyways. This was a bad time in my life. I got myself into a bit of legal trouble. I decided to get things rolling I would send him even more money for the gt3071r turbos w/ 3" inlets. without checking my emails I think I sent him a total of a little over $9000 for both turbos and the intercooler piping and v3 massives. Keep in mind I sent him all this money without receiving 1 single product. I started telling him to ship me the v3 massives and i/c piping since I definitly needed those back in december. (I just received the i/c and pipes about 2 weeks ago) Early december late november I decided on a third turbo. the gtx2867. Since Ash hasnt ordered the 3071 turbos I said I just want those instead. He said OK just send me an extra $500 because they cost more. (which I dont think they do) So I NEVER sent him the $500. He told me he would NOT order the gtx turbos until I sent him the $500. I told him early december that I just need the cash back for the 3071 turbos. He said OK no problem he would need a couple weeks to give me my money back. Ash new my legal situation and that I would be going away. So to clear it up. At this point Ash knows hes supposed to refund me my $3500 for the 3071 turbos w/ 3 inch intakes. He knows I do not want the gtx turbos anymore. I dont want the turbos because instead of building the z I had now with a bad head gasket I found a Z out in california with bigger turbos and I purchased that instead. So december 5th 2012. everything set up right? Ash is supposed to send me my v3 massives and i/c piping. He said he would "help" me sell my disco potato sport 700 turbos and in a couple of weeks I will receive my $3500 back into my bank account. OK great. Now I have to serve 2 months because I like MJ. So while I was in my "program" fixing my MJ "addiction" : - / I called ash and left him a message my adress where to send the check to since he didnt wire me back the $3500 while in my program. This was about a month later. Early january. A check never arrived. So i get out of my program February 9th. One of the first things I did was call to see where the f my money is. I finally reach him and the real games begin. "I never said I would refund your money, (for 3071) Why do I have the 3071s sitting at my shop with your name on them then." Let me say I have proof on my phone of all the text messages we had. I have proof he was going to NOT order the gtx's but rather refund me for the 3071 turbos.
I got into a little bit of a heated debate with him and fowarded him the text messages HE sent me. And was like Oh I must've made a mistake. Anyways I have these $3500 turbos and I cant return them to my distributor. I can try to sell them for you. I figured this won't take long. Ash must sell lots of turbos ect. So this was in february he said he would list them. I figured as long as I got my money back soon who cares. So now the delay begins. Weeks go by with no listing of my turbos. I blow up his phone and send him numerous texts. ( He gave me his cell phone number if anybody needs it, becuase he was soo excited to receive even more money)
Finally after calling a whole day every 10 minutes or so. he said Im out to dinner its late at night we'll work it out tomorrow. He never calls the next day. SO much b.s. guys.

He said he was going to list them for sale in the ad above, but "ran out of time". So more recently. He finally shipped me I/c piping and the v3 massives about 2 weeks ago. I shouldve had them since like last MAY!!! He shipped me the 3071 turbos, I got them friday. I didnt trust him with the turbos anymore. I told him to ship me the disco potato turbos too. He said he had a buyer for them since february 9th. When I called him out and told him to ship me both turbos he said Oh the guy gave me money for the disco potatos so I'll just send you the 3071r's.
I did threaten to make a post about my experience. He said: (im reading from my phone) Hi Mike. I havent been avoiding you. Ive been out the past 3 days(what about the past year!!) Bronchitis is kicking my ass. I told him I was in the middle of posting about him on the forums. He said : I will catch up with you in the morning. Im doing everything I can to work with you. I have plenty of money to deal with this, that isnt the problem. I thinkyou dont realize the complications you have created in this... but im going to basil this all down tomorrow. Than he said basil = finish.
I told him : your crazy. than wheres my pipes and intercoolers. I just want you to ship me everything; both sets of turbos i/c and charge pipe kits and us ducts. this was 4/11/13. Than he says: IF YOU POST ABOUT THIS IT IS GOING TO HAVE A LESS FAVOURABLE OUTCOME FOR BOTH OF US. so whatever f ash. I have had too much of this b.s. He owes me $2400. He said last monday I would get it, than it turned into this past friday, than monday again. He says: Im waiting on a large check to clear. its for $13,000 from one of my vendors and the bank is playing games. So if he owes any of you money. He got it apparently. Im just sick of this. I AM taking ash to court if he doesnt pay me the money this coming week. Its been over a year of BS. I never caused any complications. I just sent him more money. I am taking a flight out there this coming week for $300 roundtrip. I m making a little vacation out of it. I want to see him face to face. I'm sure he'll try to avoid me though. Im going to have to do back round checks to find out where he lives ect. Anyways now I have to see where the jurasdition (sp?) is, to see where to hire a lawyer. Hopefully I can do it in small claims court for free. But If/when I do go out to florida I'll post pictures of my boarding passes and keep everybody informed. Please do not support Ash. He is extremely 2 faced. Happy to get money, than blows you off. Sorry to read your story Nick who used to work for him. Once again please dont support him.
